Couldn't sleep because problem with the room

Very scenic. I was coming from the West Coast of Puerto Rico and I love the lush landscape of the central region. My hotel room was facing the beautiful mountains and wonderfully green trees. There was ample room in my suite - it felt like a mini apartment

The first room we went to smell like feet and gym socks. I was upset but they quickly moved us to a fresh room and it was no problem. The carpets also seem a little dirty and the furniture was a little scary as well. I definitely covered the sofa before sitting down. However, overall it was not a deal-breaker. We were very happy with the accommodations and for the most part everything was clean

The breakfast I got was warm and satisfying. My room had a cozy bed, AC, a safe, and pay-per-view TV 🍳. The location was ideal, as it was close to the expressway, making it very convenient.

Spacious double room with a sofa bed for $188 👌. It was really impressive in size and had plenty of space for a comfortable stay.

Staff is friendly and attentive. They do need to have 24/7 access to their storeroom. I needed an iron early in the morning (the one in the roon was damaged) and they couldnt get to it until their storeroom person arrived at 8am...

Rooms are outdated, dirty carpet, room service is ridiculously expensive.
